About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Thermoforming Operator to join our team at BN Progressive Products Ltd. as a Plastic Moulding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining thermoforming equipment to produce high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Equipment: Identify and resolve issues with thermoforming machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and monitor the quality of plastic products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
  • Production Setup: Set up and operate thermoforming machines to produce plastic products, including preparing and changing moulds and adjusting equipment for production line changes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our production team to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with exposure to dust, heat, and noise.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
