We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Bysell Real Estate Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Office Management
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing office supplies and equipment
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless operation
- Conflict Resolution
- Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner
- Experience and Education
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Other Benefits

- 35 to 40 hours per week
