- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess resident needs, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.
- Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of clinical services, ensuring continuous quality enhancement.
- Hold a Nursing Diploma (DEC) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
- Registered member in good standing with the Order of Nurses of Quebec.
- Specialized training in gerontology and/or geriatrics is an asset.
- Previous clinical experience in a long-term care setting is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
