Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Drifters Motel & Restaurant. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet patrons and present menus, making recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
    • Advise customers on menu selections and wine pairings.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Demonstrate a client-focused approach to service.
    • Work effectively as a team player.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
