Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

At Drifters Motel & Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, taking care to present dishes in an appealing manner.
  • Beverage Service: Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order Taking: Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
