This role is pivotal in steering the annual budgeting cycle for operational expenditures and managing the quarterly reforecasting for corporate SG&A. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse teams and leadership to conduct strategic evaluations, performance analytics, budgeting, and forecasting to guide informed business decisions and achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Overseeing the annual budgeting cycle for corporate operational expenditures
  2. Managing the quarterly reforecasting process, including supervision of planning software
  3. Developing insightful management reporting, financial models, dashboards, and KPIs while monitoring financial performance for Corporate FP&A
  4. Implementing cost control measures and financial oversight of operational expenditures
  5. Collaborating with all corporate divisions to facilitate strategic planning through financial modeling and analysis
  6. Acting as a key business partner to senior leaders, providing strategic recommendations, scenario modeling, and supporting the creation of business cases and new business units
  7. Mentoring and guiding analysts within the FP&A team on budgeting, reporting, FP&A processes, and forecasting to enhance the effectiveness of the FP&A function
  8. Assisting in the preparation of business performance reviews and strategic planning presentations for senior leadership
  9. Identifying tools and initiatives to optimize FP&A data and processes
  10. Contributing to the design and maintenance of accounting, budgeting, and reporting systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Accounting Designation - CPA, ACCA, ACA, CGA, CMA, CFA
  2. 5+ years of experience in FP&A
  3. Previous experience in Corporate SG&A Management
  4. Advanced proficiency in Excel
  5. Advanced proficiency in Power BI
  6. Experience with EPM, Oracle, or SAP ERP systems
  7. Experience in large organizations with $2B+ Revenue
  8. Experience managing budgets of $200M+
  9. Excellent communication abilities
  10. Experience in leading direct reports

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in the Retail sector
  2. Experience with global brands
