Job Title: Construction General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to lead our construction operations at GS Construction Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Oversee the overall direction and strategy of our construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Objectives and Policies: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Work Setting: Construction company
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000
  • Supervision: 5-10 people
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, large workload
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, interpersonal awareness, organized
