About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.

Coordinate Cleaning Operations

Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the property are cleaned to a high standard.

Inspect and Maintain Facilities

Regularly inspect the property to ensure that it meets our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Recommend Improvements

Identify areas for improvement and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or renovations to enhance the overall quality of the property.

Assist with Cleaning Duties

Assist cleaning staff with their duties as needed to ensure that all areas of the property are cleaned to a high standard.

Establish Schedules

Develop and implement schedules to ensure that cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
