Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily cleaning operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Recommend additional services, such as painting or repairs, to maintain our facilities.
  • Assist cleaning staff with their duties as needed.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
