Lead Global Investment Team

The opportunity to drive the TVG Global Funds Strategy as a Managing Director - Funds, Teachers' Venture Growth (TVG), is now available. As a key member of the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan team, you will oversee a global team of 3-4 investment professionals, guiding them in origination and execution activities for investments in new funds, as well as follow-on activities. This role requires strategic leadership, investment expertise, and a deep understanding of the global investment landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the TVG Global Funds Strategy, aligning with the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan's investment objectives.
  • Lead a global team of investment professionals, providing guidance on origination and execution activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with the organization's overall investment strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, making informed decisions to drive the TVG Global Funds Strategy forward.
