About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our Technical Service Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning of all technical installations on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a secure environment for customers and teams.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Service Team to integrate and maintain all technical installations, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on health and safety procedures and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance and recommending process improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in environmental health and safety management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
