Job Summary

As a Performance Analyst at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing and optimizing processes, workflows, and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide timely and accurate performance and analytics reports, and support the development of reporting solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain performance and analytics reports for institutional clients
  • Reconcile portfolio data and resolve discrepancies with clients and custody groups
  • Investigate and document discrepancies, such as unexplained market value shifts and corporate actions issues
  • Manage workload to ensure timely collection and processing of data and printing of reports
  • Support the Investment Compliance team with their daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years back office experience within the investment industry
  • Minimum of 2 years financial reporting/accounting custody experience
  • Enrolled to challenge CFA level 1 at a minimum
