Job Title: Senior Vice President of Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Operations to join our team at Equans. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities management business in Canada and the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with operations, including health and safety, cybersecurity, and ethics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and partners
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a senior operations role, with a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
