Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Varsha Indian Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as managing kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and provide guidance and support to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets to ensure a high level of presentation and service.
As a Culinary Specialist at Varsha Indian Kitchen, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure. You will be required to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong client focus, dependability, flexibility, and reliability.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 37 to 40 hours per week.
