We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our commercial leasing and property administration team. As the Head of Commercial Property Administration and Leasing, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, overseeing all aspects of offers to lease and renewals, and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the commercial administration team.
  • Oversee and approve all aspects of Offers to Lease and renewals.
  • Approve rent billings, rolls, and budgets.
  • Maintain the relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
  • Oversee all property insurances and prepare tax assessments.
  • Collaborate with accounting on reconciliations and budgets.
  • Manage monthly management reports.
  • Responsible for year budgets.
Requirements
  • Completed post-secondary education in Business Administration or another relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, property administration, and/or leasing.
  • Experience working with Yardi.
  • Experience managing a high-performance team.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of integrity and honesty as well as respect for all.
  • Dedication to top-quality customer service and negotiation management.
