About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team at Qikiqtani Industry Ltd. as a key member of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures

Administer and coordinate staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.

HR Department Coordination

Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.

Daily Operations Management

Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Staff Direction and Development

Direct and motivate staff to achieve their full potential and contribute to the organization's success.

HR Project Management

Review and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and oversee the development of communication strategies.

Training and Development

Plan, develop, and implement training and development strategies to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Policy and Procedure Development

Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Employee Data Analysis

Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform HR decisions.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and present reports to senior management, and oversee the development of communication strategies.

Senior Management Support

Advise senior management on HR-related matters, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Employee Support

Respond to employee questions and complaints, and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.

Recruitment and Hiring

Recruit and hire staff, and conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting their performance expectations.

Work Environment and Safety

Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience.

Work Environment
  • Work Language

English.

Hours

37.5 hours per week.
