Recruiting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team at Qikiqtani Industry Ltd. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process and ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates, manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, and ensure that all hiring decisions are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Staff Management: Direct and control the daily operations of the HR department, oversee the classification and rating of occupations, and manage training and development strategies to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Employee Relations: Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, respond to employee questions and complaints, and advise senior management on HR-related matters.
- Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of reports, analyze employee data and information, and provide insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
