About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at New Rubber Technologies. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality rubber products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery to produce rubber products, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production processes.
  • Mix and prepare materials for production, adhering to strict safety protocols and quality control standards.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to prevent damage and ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
  • Document production data and report any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
  • Strong time-management skills and a positive attitude.
  • Good physical stamina, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
