Job Title: Medical Orderly

We are seeking a Medical Orderly to join our team at Chartwell Villa Saguenay résidence pour retraités. As a Medical Orderly, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients.
  • Prepare and serve meal trays to patients.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Respond to call signals and provide assistance to patients as needed.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to lift and move patients as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
