Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparation: Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to produce standard cuts of meat.
- Meat Processing: Cut, trim, and prepare meat for packaging and distribution.
- Quality Control: Ensure all meat products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
This is a permanent position with a regular 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
