Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Airdrie Truck and Auto Sales/Repairs. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
  • Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The position requires physical demands, including standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
