About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of our structure by taking charge of the recruitment of our future consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reward job descriptions and post them on various job boards;
  • Manage sourcing to find our future candidates and feed our Talent Pools;
  • Conduct phone interviews and pre-selections, present the SEGULA universe, careers, and perspectives;
  • Bring a strong proposal to our Canadian structure to improve our recruitment processes in aeronautics, candidate experience, and talent support;
  • Accompany new colleagues in their first steps within the company and coach them for client interviews.

Requirements

Experience in recruitment in the aeronautics sector is mandatory;

Bilingual French and English, with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong desire to be part of a dynamic and benevolent team, and enthusiasm to contribute to the development of a promising structure.
