Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate our internship program with various stakeholders
  • Develop and implement proactive talent attraction strategies
  • Manage the full cycle student selection process
  • Build and foster strong relationships with internal business partners
  • Provide a top-tier candidate experience
  • Actively plan and execute internal and external campus activities
  • Deliver compelling presentations and facilitate engaging workshops
  • Strengthen and develop partnerships with schools and student associations
  • Represent and promote RONA at campus events and career fairs
Requirements
  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in campus recruitment or a related industry
  • Experience with Workday as an ATS and HRIS system would be an asset
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required
  • Solution-oriented and able to bring creative ideas to the table
  • Ability to advise, influence, and build business relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player working collaboratively with key stakeholders
