Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Banking Advisor to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through proactive engagement, client education, and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized advice and solutions
  • Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience and drive sales
  • Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions and resolving client banking problems
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to identify business opportunities and referrals

Requirements

  • Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it
  • Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
  • Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
