Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Banking Advisor to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through proactive engagement, client education, and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide expert advice and guidance
- Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience and drive sales
- Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions and resolving client banking problems
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to identify business opportunities and referrals
Requirements
- Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it
- Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
- Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
- Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
