We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Spring Valley Care Center.

About the Role:

  • Provide personalized and nursing care to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols.
  • Supervise and mentor care staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Contribute to a positive and nurturing atmosphere for our residents.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
  • Registered with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in dementia care is preferred.
  • Cultural sensitivity and experience are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits:
