Job Title: Cyber Security Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Lead to join our team at Rogers Communications. As a Cyber Security Lead, you will be responsible for designing and managing identity and access management solutions that align with our business objectives and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IAM security solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and single sign-on.
  • Assess risks related to identity and access management and implement controls to mitigate security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure IAM solutions comply with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units, to achieve IAM objectives and address security challenges.
  • Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies, trends, and threats, and recommend enhancements to existing IAM solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Deep experience in IAM security architecture, with hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, principles, and technologies, including authentication protocols, directory services, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA), SAML, OpenID, SCIM, CIAM, FIDO2.
  • Experience with IAM platforms and tools, such as Azure Active Directory, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or ForgeRock.
  • Knowledge of security standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and OAuth.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM are a plus.
