About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 10 Buck Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet our menu requirements.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, maintaining accurate records of our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
