About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our cleaning services team at REGAL CLEANERS. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services division.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of cleaning services professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
  3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that our services meet their requirements.
  4. Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the cleaning services division, managing budgets, and ensuring that costs are controlled.
  5. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that our cleaning services meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.
  2. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the cleaning services industry.
  3. Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
