At Vintage Hotels, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, including public, guest, and operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general day-to-day maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of plumbing, electrical equipment, and mechanical systems.
  • Responsible for the interior and exterior painting of the property, as well as general outdoor maintenance, including snow removal.
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in maintenance.
  • Experience in a hospitality environment an asset.
  • Experience with painting, wallpapering, and large snow removal equipment a must.
  • Ability to work weekend and afternoon shifts.
  • Valid G driver's license.
