Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

VG PROFESSIONALS LTD. is seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, preparing production and other reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise workers and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training, upskilling employees to meet business needs.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Recruit and hire workers, carrying out related staffing actions.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
Personal Suitability:
  • Organized: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Team Player: Showcase excellent teamwork and communication skills, collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Integration Support: Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
  • Recruitment: Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
  • Credential Recognition: Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Mentorship: Offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
Support for Youths:
  • Mentorship: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Mentorship: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
Support for Visible Minorities:
  • Mentorship: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.

Work Terms: Permanent, 35 hours per week, English language.
