About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Wealth Associate to join our team at National Bank Financial. As a Wealth Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and supporting our wealth advisors in delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments, and deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions.
  • Client File Management: Analyze, open, and update client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Portfolio Management: Produce portfolio management reports and ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to wealth advisors, including managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings.
