Job Summary:

The Night Public Spaces Attendant is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently provide professional, engaging, and friendly service to guests and colleagues
  • Follow all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and report any necessary maintenance items
  • Clean and maintain assigned public areas, including restrooms, mirrors, windows, and surfaces
  • Empty garbage and ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Communicate effectively with the Maintenance department regarding guest rooms and public areas
  • Adhere to all hotel environmental policies and initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
  • Able to work well independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs and remain calm and courteous at all times

Accommodations:

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
