Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate work activities and ensure seamless operations.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32.5 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
Our facilities are located in various settings, including office buildings, commercial facilities, hospitals, and residential areas. You will be working in a dynamic environment with varying conditions, including wet/damp, noisy, odorous, dusty, and cold/refrigerated areas.
