Job Title: Cleaning Operations Supervisor

As a key member of the Aspen Motor Inn team, you will oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Inspect hotel rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to develop and implement cleaning protocols and procedures.
  • Assist in the training and development of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
