Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update project schedules, reporting any delays (using MS Project);
  • Draft project guidelines and compare bids with construction plans;
  • Maintain and update the administrative documentation for each project, from initiation to closure, following the standard format;
  • Prepare and communicate survey points and survey stations;
  • Create preliminary drawings for tower cranes;
  • · Generate purchase orders for subcontractors, monitor delivery timelines, verify invoices, and track monthly payments to subcontractors, as necessary;
  • · Manage email correspondence;
  • · Review reports from CNESST visits, non-conformities, and site meeting notes, ensuring necessary follow-ups;
  • · Oversee delays in concrete work and on-site activities;
  • · Prepare and monitor QRTs, shop drawings, and technical data sheets;
  • · Perform any other related duties.

Required Skills:

  • DEC in architecture or civil engineering, or BAC in construction engineering, civil engineering, building engineering, or equivalent experience;
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction sector;
  • Ability to perform under pressure;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative;
  • Proficient in analysis and problem-solving;
  • Team-oriented with effective communication skills across various stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of concrete formwork is an asset;
  • ASP Construction certification is an asset;
  • Valid driver's license.
