The OpportunityWe are seeking a Full-Time Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) Mammography & Bone Density to join our growing high-performance clinical team. As a client-focused professional, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of mammography and bone density exams for clients during their Annual Health Assessment and other services at Medcan.
Key Responsibilities- Patient preparation for and performance of mammograms and bone density scans following the required guidelines for the procedures
- Record and process patient data
- Operate and maintain equipment, and perform basic quality control checks
- Update, file and maintain client information
- Review of previous reports and discussion with physicians and radiologists
- Prepare for the next day's client list by checking for previous exams
- Assist the clinic with other duties as appropriate
