The Opportunity

We are seeking a Full-Time Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) Mammography & Bone Density to join our growing high-performance clinical team. As a client-focused professional, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of mammography and bone density exams for clients during their Annual Health Assessment and other services at Medcan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient preparation for and performance of mammograms and bone density scans following the required guidelines for the procedures
  • Record and process patient data
  • Operate and maintain equipment, and perform basic quality control checks
  • Update, file and maintain client information
  • Review of previous reports and discussion with physicians and radiologists
  • Prepare for the next day's client list by checking for previous exams
  • Assist the clinic with other duties as appropriate

Requirements
  • Membership with CMRITO
  • Bone Density and Mammography experience preferred
  • Superior organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
