We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Outside Services Representative at Westwood Plateau. As a key member of our Golf Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience at our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and meet the needs of our customers, providing personalized service and making suggestions for improvement to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the Golf Operations team to achieve our objectives and ensure that our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our facility, including the golf course, to provide expert knowledge and recommendations to our guests.
- Operate and maintain our GPS on-cart system, ensuring that it is functioning correctly and providing an optimal experience for our guests.
- Stay up-to-date with course rules and etiquette, as well as environmentally sensitive areas, to provide accurate information and guidance to our guests.
- Utilize effective communication skills to ensure seamless radio communication with the team.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of our cart fleet, ensuring that they are in excellent condition for our guests.
- Provide efficient and courteous bagdrop services to our guests.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
