Commercial Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at BC Building Products Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Determine and implement strategic plans related to new product lines, including market research and competitor analysis.
- Organizational Development: Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients and negotiating sales contracts.
- Operational Management: Oversee the organization and management of regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure high performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales and distribution management.
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, organized, and a team player.
