About the Role

Amdocs is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies to support pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage trade show participation and event sponsorships to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
  • Manage internal communications and weekly update calls with participating attendees and speakers.
  • Track costs against budget and provide weekly cost update to Head of Marketing.
  • Oversee all digital marketing requirements to support and promote the event, including customer communications, marketing materials, and social media campaigns.
  • Track and analyze event/sponsorship performance/metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' Marketing and Social Media experience working within the Media Industry.
  • Experience in organizing and managing industry event participation and event sponsorships.
  • Experience of digital content and social media, including scheduling programs such as Sprout Social.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Canva, Sprout Social, and WordPress.
  • Branding experience with a good eye for design.
  • Budget management experience and good numerical skills.
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving environment, with an ability to handle numerous projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, with good time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Computer literate with excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
