Position Overview:
The Department of Management at the University of Toronto Scarborough is seeking applications for a full-time tenure stream position in the field of Operations Management and Analytics. This role is designated for the rank of Assistant Professor.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a PhD in Operations Management, Operations Research, Analytics, or a closely related discipline by the time of appointment. A proven track record of excellence in both research and teaching is essential. We are looking for candidates whose academic focus and research initiatives align with Operations Management, Operations Research, or Analytics.
Research and Teaching Expectations:
The successful candidate will be expected to engage in innovative and independent research, establishing a robust, competitive, and externally funded research program. Candidates should provide evidence of research excellence through publications in high-ranking journals, presentations at significant conferences, and strong endorsements from reputable referees.
Evidence of teaching excellence should be demonstrated through a comprehensive teaching dossier, including a teaching statement, sample course materials, and evaluations or other indicators of superior teaching performance.
