Senior Product Manager, Fulfillment Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager, Fulfillment to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a key member of our e-commerce operations team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of cutting-edge online grocery fulfillment products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with internal business strategy and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product briefs, train the team on new product features, and define release deliverables
- Identify areas for process optimization and automation to provide exceptional customer experience at scale
- Design repeatable integrations and work with engineering teams to deliver new capabilities
- Participate in product performance reviews to understand performance gaps and drive execution of actions
- Proven success in product management, with a focus on e-commerce and fulfillment
- Strong understanding of online grocery business and technology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
