We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager, Fulfillment to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a key member of our online grocery fulfillment team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy and definition, collaborating with engineering to develop and launch features, and ensuring a world-class experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of our users, customer journeys, competition, technology, and team to create a product roadmap that aligns with internal business strategy and goals.
- Work closely with cross-product, operations, and technology teams to deliver product briefs, train the team on new product features and capabilities, and define good confidence release deliverables for any given release.
- Identify areas in our internal workflows and systems that can be optimized or automated to provide exceptional customer experience at scale, and develop a strong understanding of processes and technology.
- Design repeatable integrations, POCs, and work with the internal and external engineering team to deliver amazing new capabilities.
- Participate in internal product performance reviews to understand performance gaps, develop action plans, and drive the execution of actions.
- You have a proven track record of building relationships and working with large, cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and build products for millions of Canadians.
- You can make things run efficiently and improve operational processes in a highly technical, dynamic environment that requires a combination of strategic, analytical, product, technical, and operational acumen.
- You can identify customer problems and turn them into opportunities that deliver an exceptional service that our customers will love.
- You are curious and willing to move fast towards new fulfillment technology and automations, and can collaborate closely with product, UX/UI, data analytics, and engineering partners to ensure that we build lean and scalable features with clear intent and at high velocity.
