About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Programmer to join our team at BOS Innovations. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for developing functional PLC and HMI programs, pioneering IO interfacing, and ensuring our systems meet CSA Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using Rockwell/AB PLCs, HMIs, and Fanuc robots
  • Design and implement IO interfacing and control systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to emerging programmers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and industry trends

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in automation programming and development
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages, such as Ladder Logic and Structured Text
  • Experience with HMI programming and development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
