- Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Ensure the overall well-being of children by maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
- Lead activities that foster creativity, imagination, and social skills in children.
- Guide children in developing good eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
- Prepare healthy snacks and arrange rooms for meals and rest periods.
- Monitor children's behavior and development, and report any concerns to supervisors.
- Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and address any challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Knowledge of licensing regulations and ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language required.
