Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and maintain our Salesforce sales cloud platform to support business processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and data integrations.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment and improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, addressing technical issues and user inquiries.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
  • Conduct proactive quality assurance and enhancement analysis to maximize Salesforce potential, including implementing best practices into processes, logic, and data flows.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform's capabilities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years combined experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Solid business acumen and communication with ability to translate high-level business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with SalesForce Lightning components and architecture.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer).
  • Knowledge of data management and data integration techniques with experience integrating Salesforce with marketing platforms, data warehouses, and custom business applications.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
