Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Conduct infection control audits to prevent the spread of illness and disease.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
