Sales Team Lead

Xanthe Enterprises Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign sales workers to duties, including sales floor coverage and customer interactions.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and meet business needs.
- Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Dental plan.
- Permanent employment.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language.
