Culinary Expertise at AH-SO SUSHI

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at AH-SO SUSHI. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes that meet our restaurant's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new and innovative sushi dishes that showcase our restaurant's unique flavor profiles.
  • Culinary Techniques: Demonstrate expertise in various sushi-making techniques, including sushi rolling, slicing, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels to ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior staff members in sushi preparation and presentation techniques.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control to ensure that all dishes meet our restaurant's standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sushi restaurant or similar culinary environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi-making techniques, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
