Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales and inventory goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and keeping the stockroom tidy.
  • Support sales and inventory goals by processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and counting and reconciling inventory.
  • Operate a cash register, process credit card transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
